Study On The Coordinated Development Of Regional Logistics And Regional Economy In Zhengzhou

As a new complex industry,logistics industry has become a new economic growth point of national economic development.The coordinated development of regional logistics and regional economy is an important prerequisite to promote the joint development of the two to a higher level.Therefore,it is of great significance for the future development of zhengzhou to study the synergistic relationship between regional logistics and regional economy.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing regional logistics,regional economy,synergetics and other relevant theories and domestic and foreign research results,this paper first analyzes the current situation of regional logistics development and regional economic development in zhengzhou from 2005 to 2017,and summarizes the existing problems of regional logistics and regional economic development in zhengzhou.Secondly,by using grey correlation analysis method to influence factors of regional logistics and regional economic development of zhengzhou city correlation analysis,and according to the correlation value is found employment in logistics,freight turnover,total railway mileage,postal services,highway mileage bigger influence on the regional economy,and decreasing intensity,tertiary industry proportion of GDP,residents’disposable income,GDP,total retail sales of social consumer goods,financial income for a greater influence on the regional logistics,and decreasing intensity,and the ten indicators selected DEA model for measuring indicators.Then,the synergetic degree evaluation model was constructed by DEA method,and the synergetic relationship between regional logistics and regional economy was analyzed quantitatively.2)the investment scale and internal factor distribution of regional economy do not satisfy the rapid development of regional logistics,and do not play an ideal role in promoting the development of regional logistics;3)except 2005 and 2017,the effectiveness of implementation techniques of the coordinated development of regional logistics and DEA efficient（θ’（C²R）=1）,the rest of the two in each of the comprehensive effectiveness and technical efficiency are DEA invalid zhengzhou collaborative regional logistics and regional economic development is not high;4)the size of the regional logistics to regional economic profit K₂^* is always less than 1,increasing return to scale,appropriately expand the scale of regional logistics can increase the driving effects on economic growth;Zhengzhou city regional economic growth of the scale of the regional logistics development profit K₂^* in addition to the always less than 1,2006,characterized by increasing economies of scale,should increase economic investment,to promote regional logistics and regional economy to adapt to the size and structure of the collaborative development with each other;Finally,based on the above research results,countermeasures are proposed to promote the coordinated development of regional logistics and regional economy in zhengzhou.2)promote the modernization development of logistics enterprises and strengthen the informatization construction of logistics park;3)improve logistics infrastructure construction;4)accelerate the cultivation and reserve of logistics talents.
