The theme of the domestic conditions is reform and development, enterprise have more strict requirements to innovation. As the important human capital at private enterprise, Middle managers is the key factors about internal management reformation,deeply relation about whether the private enterprise can seize the upgrade opportunity or not and whether the private enterprise can achieved great progress and development. Job burnout not only deeply affect middle managers working enthusiasm and working attitude,but also have some effect in Middle managers,management ability and innovation capability, even direct influence private enterprise,s innovation capability and reform process,be likely to set limits on the developing of private enterprise.Therefore,job burnout not only go against about middle managers development of professional career,but also against the performance and development of private enterprise.This article from compensation satisfaction point of view,based on our country,s cultural background that the imbalance development about east and west,select the special cases of Ganzhou from Jiangxi province,deeper research the relationship about compensation satisfaction and job burnout at private enterprise on middle managers.This article is a breakthrough at dimension of pay satisfaction and the relationship between pay satisfaction and job burnout. This article will be of great significance on how to solve the problem about compensation satisfaction and job burnout at private company.The first part is literature review about compensation satisfaction and job burnout,Constructed hypothesis model:the relation between compensation satisfaction and job burnout,selected more than 200 private company,s middle managers at Ganzhou,and the data were analyzed using factor analysis 、 variance analysis 、 correlation analysis and regression analysis,Research finding that the economic compensation is an important composition of middle managers,pay satisfaction dimensions at Ganzhou;the standard of burnout and pay satisfaction of middle manager is moderate;the standard of burnout and pay satisfaction of middle manager have significant difference on gender、marriage、enterprises nature,haven,t have significant difference on age、level of education、On-the-job work life;a significant inverse correlation between the compensation satisfaction and job burnout of middle managers at Ganzhou,s private company,namely that Pay satisfaction level is higher, the lower the job burnout feeling.
