The Construction Of High Commitment Human Resource Management System For Shanxi Xingtai Investment Corporation

In the rapidly changing market environment,how to build the organizational core competitiveness become entrepreneurs and scholars' concern.Human capital is the key to keeping sustainable competitive advantage.With the increasing of employees' self-consciousness and the flexibility of market of human resource allocation,retaining employees becomes the primary purpose of modern human resources management.Traditional human resource management system emphasizes on following the organization's rules and regulations and completing the task by staff.High commitment human resource management model,as a kind of new model which pays attention to employees' emotional commitment and the staff's career planning and organization's long-term development is considered as an ?idealized? management model.This paper,taking Shanxi Xingtai Corporation as the research object,analyzes the problems of its human resource management system,and tries to build high commitment human resource management system.First,the theories of high commitment human resource management,human nature assumption theory,incentive theory and relevant research achievements were summarized.Second,the environment and the basic situation of Shanxi Xingtai Corporation adopted.Through the way of questionnaire survey,we got employees' satisfaction about the HR system,salary,training situation and so on.In-depth analysis of the problems of the company human resources system was conducted,and we put forward the necessity of building a high commitment human resource system.Third,training system,salary system,performance appraisal system,recruitment,promotion,job design and employment were built by using the theory of high commitment human resource management,and a high commitment HR system security system was stated.
