In the face of fierce market competition,many companies need to carry out management reforms in order to maintain a better development speed.Salary is the top priority in the human resource management system.Salary directly affects the individual's own interests and also affects the future development of the company.C Education training company is a relatively developed education training company,but there are still some shortcomings in the compensation,how to design a scientific compensation system has become a hot topic and key issues.From the perspective of C education and training company's salary,the thesis analyzes the different employees 'salary in the theory of salary.Through a questionnaire survey,we understand the current situation of salary in the education industry and the salaries of employees of the company,analyze the external environment,internal environment and personal factors of staff remuneration,and combine the actual situation of the company,the following problems were found:(1)the lack of rationality in the project and proportion of remuneration,(2)the fairness of remuneration can not be reflected,and(3)the sole reliance on economic remuneration for incentives.(4)There is no sound long-term incentive plan.The management of the company decided to formulate remuneration plans for different grades of employees in different positions of administrative staff,teachers,and sales personnel,starting from both economic remuneration and mental remuneration,and combining the actual situation of the company.In accordance with the principles of distribution according to work,efficiency priority,equity and sustainable development,design a set of reasonable compensation optimization design scheme,give full play to the incentive and guidance role of remuneration,and play a role in protecting the company's future developmentThis thesis makes a clear plan of employee compensation in the study of the company's salary diagnosis and optimization design,which has a certain practical significance for the company's remuneration.It is hoped that the research results and methods of this thesis can be helpful to the education industry.
