Under the era of knowledge economy,the importance of knowledge is obvious,people's awareness of education is gradually increasing,more attention is paid to the education of children,and the demand for cultural education and training is increasing.Under this opportunity,the education and training industry is expanding rapidly,and various training institutions are flourishing.development of.In the face of an inspiring competitive environment,small and medium-sized training institutions need to maximize the advantages of personnel and play the role of human capital management in order to have a place in the market.Doing a good job in the management of the company's compensation has a subtle influence on the growth and development of the company itself.Reasonable and scientific salary management can not only meet the material needs of employees,help employees to grow continuously,give play to the value of human capital,but also encourage employees to actively participate in the goal of enterprise development.In this process,realize the company and employees together.Progress and growth,and promote the further development of enterprises.XB Training Company is a small and medium-sized cultural education and training institution.It was established in 2011 and currently has eight campuses in Xi'an.The full-time employees have grown from three people at the beginning of the establishment to nearly one hundred today.The number of students at school has changed from 7 to nearly 2,000.While the number of full-time employees has increased,it has also exposed many problems in salary management: low recruitment compensation,low recruitment difficulty,low salary satisfaction of employees,and high employee turnover rate.For the development of education and training companies,the faculty does have a decisive role.A good teacher,with its unique teaching ability,can often help companies attract more students.However,in the XB training company,the salary system has not been tilted to the teacher's post.The division of salary levels of all employees is based on personal qualifications and does not depend on the individual ability and performance of the employees.This paper takes XB training company as the research object to study the salary management problem.On the basis of studying the theory of salary management,it first analyzes and analyzes the current situation of the company,organizational structure,personnel composition and salary management.Understand;secondly,conduct salary satisfaction surveys within the enterprise,comprehensively understand the attitudes and needs of employees on the status quo of compensation,and conduct in-depth analysis on the problems existing in the salary management of the enterprise;then conduct job analysis and capability analysis,and propose the salary management of the enterprise.Improve the program;finally,on the basis of solving the problem of compensation management of XB training company,propose the safeguard measures of the compensation plan to help the new plan to be implemented.Through the research on the salary management of XB training center,it not only has a practical guiding role in improving the salary management of the enterprise and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise,but also has reference significance for similar enterprises.
