R&D On New Product Based On The Process Of Integrated Product Development

As China's national economic strength continues to rise,more and more Chinese brands are going global.As the largest economy in the world,the North American market represented by the United States is one of the important targets that many companies aim at.If an enterprise wants to gain a firm foothold in the North American market,besides certain economic strength,it is also important for the enterprise to meet the market's consumer demand by developing targeted products.As one way for an enterprise to keep innovating,new product development will have a profound impact on the enterprise's long-term development.An enterprise can maintain the competitive edges over its rivals and enhance corporate image through new product development,and meanwhile it can also help to improve the enterprise's brand benefits,and even have a lasting and positive effect on the human resources management.A continuous innovation could bring an enterprise into a virtuous circle of development.In the first place,this paper discusses the relative theories about new product development and integrated product development,and elaborates on the concept,direction,basic ways of new product development and framework and core thoughts of integrated product development by utilizing the method of literature study.Moreover,it optimizes the integrated product development process in view that small and medium-sized enterprises invest little expenditure in R&D in the hope for managing their new product development by integrated product development process.Finally this paper verifies the optimized process by taking the North American SX project of Cichuang overseas company as an example.Focusing on the new product in the process of integrated product development,this paper collates the development process of Cichuang Overseas Company,and affirms the controlling role of process towards product definition and product quality during product development process.At the same time,it also points out that proofs in certain task stages are not clear and detailed enough,input and output documents are not standardized,and proposes relevant suggestions for improvement.
