For human beings,food lays the solid material foundation for carrying out social activities.Therefore,there is no doubt that food means the world to the whole mankind.In this case,the frequent recurrence of food problems has made food safety serious issues to which many countries attach much importance.The consensus that food safety must rely on social co-governance has been reached.However,on the way to food safety combined with social co-governance,unclear responsibility and rights persist among relevant bodies,not to mention the boundaries,and so it is impossible to eliminate corruption between the government and food industry.Meanwhile,other social powers play a smaller and smaller role in the supervision of food safety.Consequently,this has led to the imbalance of responsibility,rights and interests among relevant parties in the process of how to add social co-governance to food safety.Also,this has resulted in adverse effects on co-governance.Thus,this thesis will analyze the effectiveness of social co-governance of food safety from the perspective of responsibility,rights and interestsThe thesis reviews relevant theories and literature,based on the theories of multicultural governance,stakeholder theory,contract theory,this thesis will focus on food safety and study the topic of “the factors in balance of responsibility,rights and interests among food safety social co-governance bodies”.The thesis aims to explore the following issues: Who is the main body of food safety social co-governance;The relationship between the subjects of social co-governance body;Analysis of the responsibility,rights and interests of the social co-governance body;What are factors that affect the balance of responsibility,rights and interest of social co-governance bodies;how one factor interacts with another and what possible effects are using the quantitative research method.Combine qualitative and quantitative research,this thesis forms research hypotheses and conceptual models.After conducting pre-tests and scale revisions on the basis of maturity scales,it ends up in the formation of questionnaire needed for research.SPSS 19.0 is used for statistical analysis of collected data,and AMOS 22.0 is employed to carry out the structural equation model test.Through research and analysis,conclusions are as follows:(1)those fartors in policy,technology,subject of co-government and system internal system have significantly positive influences on balance of responsibility,rights and interests among food safety social co-governance bodies;(2)the technical factors has a rather greater direct impact on balance of responsibility,rights and interests or likewise indirectly does so by means of effects on subject of co-government;(3)subject of co-government have a much greater direct impact on balance of responsibility,rights and interests or do so through system internal system;(4)system internal system factors have the greatest impact on balance of responsibility,rights and interests.All in all,we can see the importance of synergies among every body.All the parties perform multi-governance contracts of their own free will to create a good atmosphere,enabling food safety social multi-governance community to form a continuous and dynamic balance of responsibility,rights and interests.As a result of it,this will be conducive to the formation of the virtuous cycle of food safety social multi-governance and come a long way to good governance.
