With the rapid development of economic integration,the demand of customers is becoming more and more diversified.The traditional development mode of manufacturing enterprises is no longer suitable for the market.Service is an important way for manufacturing enterprises to transform and upgrade.It has become the key for multinational manufacturing enterprises to maintain competitive advantage and realize profits.In this situation,the implementation of manufacturing servitization.On the one hand,enterprises should inherit the existing manufacturing operation mode,carry out a small and gradual innovation,fully refine,integrate,strengthen and improve the existing resources and technologies,in order to maintain the flexibility of the current organization;On the other hand,it is necessary to give full play to the industry characteristics of the service industry,carry out large-scale,radical innovation activities and seek new possibilities for the development of the manufacturing industry,so that the organization can cope with the diversity in the future and meet the changes in customer demand.The ambidexterity innovation can effectively balance the organizational resources,take into account the small scale of exploitative innovation and a large amount of exploratory innovation,which plays a role in promoting the implementation of manufacturing servitization.In addition,multinational corporations,as pioneers and drivers of manufacturing servitization in China,have a higher level of service-oriented service,and at the same time,they have made a great contribution to the service economy of our country.The study of its service evolution mechanism from the perspective of ambidexterity innovation has important practical and referential significance for our country to promote the service-oriented manufacturing industry,accelerating industrial restructuring and upgrading and enhancing industrial competitiveness.First of all,this paper is based on manufacturing servitization,feedback seeking,ambidexterity innovation,strategic flexibility,organizational integration and inertia and organizational innovation environment theory.We construct a cross-level evolutionary master model of individual level feedback seeking act on organizational level manufacturing servitization,through organizational level ambidexterity innovation,and ambidexterity innovation is the intermediary variable.In addition,through the introduction of strategic flexibility,organizational integration inertia,organizational innovation and entrepreneurial environment of the three regulatory variables into the main model of,further to form this cross-level evolution mechanism model.On the basis of this,put forward the relevant research assumptions.Then,according to the current situation of multinational corporations in China,the questionnaire is designed based on the domestic and international maturity scale(a total of 600 questionnaires were issued to middle and senior managers,and 450 valid questionnaires were recovered)and tested by factor analysis and regression analysis.Factor analysis and regression analysis were used to test the model.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward five management suggestions on how to effectively use ambidexterity innovation to promote manufacturing servitization in China.The results of empirical analysis show that: first,individual feedback seeking for the organizational level of manufacturing servitization and ambidexterity innovation have a positive cross-level promotion.Second,ambidexterity innovation can promote the manufacturing servitization,and it has intermediary effect in the relationship between feedback and manufacturing servitization.Thirdly,strategic flexibility,organizational integration and inertia,organizational innovation environment plays a cross-level regulatory role in feedback seeking and ambidexterity innovation.Fourth strategic flexibility,organizational innovation environment plays a cross-level regulatory role in ambidexterity innovation and manufacturing servitization.Based on the conclusions of the study,this paper puts forward some suggestions.China's manufacturing enterprises need to build a good feedback mechanism in service transformation,focusing on exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation balance,improve the level of enterprise strategic flexibility,and strive to create a good internal environment for innovation and entrepreneurship,and actively develop organization integration capabilities using ambidexterity innovation to promote manufacturing servitization.
