With the deepening of rural reform and development in recent years,farmland finance is applied to land circulation transactions as effective forms to promote the agricultural progress and activate the precipitation capital.In 2017,the central one article pointed out that ‘we need to speed up rural financial innovation',‘standardize and develop the rural capital-mutual aid organizations'.Land bank is a form of farmland financial,it sets the flow,intermediary,financial,reserve functions in an organic whole and shows strong vitality in the farmland financial system.In practice,more foreign land bank has been applied to financial field.The main business of the land bank are grant agricultural credits,help farmers develop agriculture and construct agricultural infrastructure.The banks take their funding from a number of sources,such as government-funded behavior,agricultural land mortgage and land bonds,etc.In our country,because of the difference of land ownership,land bank is not only used to support the development of agricultural but also endowed with more government functions,such as Control the land market,state-owned land reserves,and participate in farmland circulation.Capital source of the land bank in our country presents the trend of simplification,they usually formed by the government,funded by the financial sector,their financial function has not been implemented.This paper treats the D city land financial holding company as the research object,based on the object,based on the analysis of the practical application of the H financial holding company property rights trading center mode,land financial management mode and land reserve mode operation mode and result,found the defects that exist in land management mode of H company,such as the defects of evaluation for circulation value,the nonstandard service industry,the poor financing ability and the lack of risk control,Then,I compared and analyzed the development,management and managerial experience of domestic and foreign land bank,determined the direction.This paper puts forward the improvement target and improvement of land management model of H land financial holding company.Finally,the paper discusses how to ensure the efficient operation of the land management model.
