Research On The Countermeasures Of Rural Land Finance In Shandong Province

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,and the transfer of a large number of rural labor and land,it is urgent to build the financial system of rural land mortgage,which can expand rural financing channels,and solve the problem of farmer loan,also has very important theoretical and practical significance for the development of agricultural industrialization and modernization,is worth exploring and thinking,prospective studies are urgently needed.This thesis is based on the present situation of rural land mortgage and the situation of Shandong Province,has done some in-depth research on the rural land financial development in Shandong Province,and puts forward to the current rural land financial development path,in order to better serve the actual.This paper summarized the scope of economic research and the current rural financial theory,focuses on the four typical practices of Shandong province rural land finance which are "large household+ bank","farmers + village + bank","land cooperatives + bank + Guarantee Corporation",and "large household+ financial holding company(land bank)".And it introduced in Germany,the United States and Japan farmland financial model,as well as China's Taiwan,Jiangsu Wuxi rural financial situation.Finally,the paper expands further advice of the development of Shandong rural financial,which are about perfecting organization system,the implementation of land trust,the establishment of land bank and other aspects,puts forward to improve the land law,land insurance,rural social security and other aspects of the policy suggestions.
