Whether to persist in innovation and continuous innovation is an important indicator of whether a company is competitive.Continuous innovation is an important means for an enterprise to maintain its growth.Ordinary employees as a corporate mass group,employee innovation is an important cornerstone of corporate innovation.Therefore,how to promote employee innovation has become an important topic in the management academic community.Through the summary of the existing literature at home and abroad,it is found that employee innovation behavior is often closely related to the leadership style of leadership.In the past mainstream research styles in China,most scholars' research focuses on the relationship between individual leadership style and employee innovation.The single type of leadership style itself has the inherent lack of coordination,which is easy to cause the lack of autonomy of some employees,and it is difficult to stimulate the subjective initiative of all employees.Especially in the context of today's "Internet +" and the widespread use of big data,science and technology are advancing with each passing day,and enterprises and other organizations are facing a more complex domestic and international environment.A single leadership style is increasingly difficult to maintain the need for a sustainable competitive advantage.In this context,in response to the needs of the times,the dual leadership that takes into account the "both/and" cognitive model has begun to attract researchers' attention and attention.Compared with a single leadership style,this dual-minded leadership style has its own coordinated functions,which can mobilize more employees' autonomy and promote employee innovation to the greatest extent.Through the interpretation of the connotation of the binary,it is found that this kind of leadership style that takes into account both "consideration/reconciliation" and the dialectical thinking methods such as "yin and yang thinking" and "moderate thinking" in Chinese traditional culture are intrinsically consistent.Very suitable for implantation into the management of our country.Through literature reading,it is found that the existing research on the relationship between dual leadership and employee innovation performance mostly discusses its direct effect,that is,through empirical evidence that dual leadership has a positive impact on employee innovation,and the exploration of its intermediary variables is relatively less.Therefore,this paper introduces “employee trust” into its mediating effect on dual leadership and employee innovation,and refines the study of the mediator variables of the influence of dual leadership on employee innovation.At the same time,this paper combines the Western management method with the Chinese traditional culture,and introduces the "moderate thinking" as a regulating variable to combine Chinese and Western thinking.Through the summary of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper refines employee innovation into “gradual innovation” and “radical innovation”,and introduces “employee trust” as a mediator variable,and “moderate thinking” as a moderator.Construct a model,propose hypotheses through theoretical deduction and combine empirical research to verify the impact mechanism of dual leadership on employee innovation.This paper uses SPSS24 and AMOS23 to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire,and obtains the following research conclusions:(1)Transactional leadership is conducive to employee's incremental innovation,transformational leadership is conducive to employee radical innovation,and dual leadership is beneficial to employees.Progressive leadership is also beneficial to employees' radical leadership.(2)The dual leadership is beneficial to the trust of employees.(3)Employee trust is conducive to employee's incremental innovation,and employee trust is conducive to employee radical innovation.(4)Employee trust plays a mediating role in the relationship between dual leadership and employee incremental innovation.Employee trust plays a mediating role in the relationship between dual leadership and employee radical innovation.(5)Employees' moderate thinking has a positive adjustment effect on the relationship between dual leadership and employee radical innovation.The modest thinking of employees has a positive adjustment effect on the relationship between dual leadership and employees' incremental innovation.Through theoretical derivation and empirical analysis,this paper believes that compared with the single type of leadership style,the dual leadership style is more suitable for the needs of the times,more conducive to the trust of employees,and has a comparative advantage in promoting employee innovation.At the same time,employees with moderate thinking have more advantages in accepting the leadership style,more able to adapt to the leadership style of leadership,more integrated into the organization and team,and better play their own initiative.
