Entrepreneurial Talents Attractiveness Based On The Environment Of E-commerce Industry Cluster In Shaanxi Province

Under the background of seeking new economic growth points,the e-commerce industry has gained rapid development opportunities.Most of the domestic regions have established e-commerce industrial parks,among which guided by the advantages,the e-commerce industry cluster in Shaanxi Province has begun to take shape.Talents are the key resources to promote the development of modern economy.With the continuous deepening of the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",introducing and cultivating entrepreneurship talents has become an important way of regional economic competition,and "e-commerce + entrepreneurial talents" has become a new development trend of the e-commerce industry clusters.The promotion between the e-commerce industry cluster and the attractiveness of entrepreneurial talents is bidirectional.A good cluster environment will attract the inflow of entrepreneurial talents and the high level of entrepreneurial talents attraction will enhance the competitive advantage of e-commerce clusters in various regions and promote the efficient development of clusters.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of the attractiveness of entrepreneurial talents that relys on the e-commerce industry cluster environment.Firstly,referring to the maturity scale,the entrepreneurial talent attraction scale and the e-commerce industry cluster environmental scale are designed to test whether the cluster environment affects the attractiveness of entrepreneurial talents.At the same time,based on the perspective of entrepreneurs' cognition,this paper selects specific indicators from the aspects of regional environment perception and e-commerce industrial park environment perception to design the entrepreneurial talents attraction evaluation system,in order to assess the extent to which the cluster environment affects the attractiveness of entrepreneurial talents.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method,data were collected,and 3-5 e-commerce industrial parks were selected in five prefecture-level cities,namely Xi'an,Xianyang,Baoji,Weinan and Tongchuan,and 242 valid questionnaires were obtained.Finally,the empirical research on the survey data is carried out.The validity and reliability of the scale are tested by factor analysis with SPSS22.0 software,and the environmental factors affecting the attractiveness of entrepreneurs are tested by multiple regression analysis;the combination evaluation method of entropy weight method and cloud model is introduced,and Matlab software is used to evaluate the attractiveness of entrepreneurial talents and regional comparative analysis.Through empirical analysis,the main conclusions of this paper include:(1)from the analysis of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial talents attraction,the e-commerce industry cluster environment has a significant positive impact on the attractiveness of entrepreneurial talents,compared with the macro regional environment.Compared with the macro-regional environment,the environment of e-commerce industrial park has a more significant impact on the attractiveness of entrepreneurial talents,which provides theoretical support for constructing the evaluation index system of entrepreneurial talents.(2)from the evaluation results of the attractiveness of entrepreneurial talents,the e-commerce industry cluster environment in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province has a high level of attractiveness of entrepreneurial talents,among them,entrepreneurial talents have a higher evaluation of the warehousing logistics environment and living environmenton in the cluster;on the comparative analysis of five regions,the attractiveness level of entrepreneurial talents from high to low is Tongchuan,Weinan,Xianyang,Baoji and Xi'an.
