Research On The Promotion Strategy Of Endogenous Poverty Alleviation Motivation Of The Poor Population In Liupanshui City

Poverty has always been a prominent problem in rural development of our country.In order to achieve poverty alleviation,we must understand the causes of poverty among the poor in the first place.This paper holds that the lack of endogenous motivation of poverty alleviation is the primary cause of poverty,and the promotion of endogenous motivation of poverty alleviation plays a fundamental role in the transformation of people’s thinking and correct concepts.Faced with the poverty-stricken people who have such negative thoughts as "being poor because of laziness,being useless in reading,being willing to be poor and being proud of being poor households",endogenous motivation has become an important part of poverty alleviation,which needs to be vigorously advocated,so as to enhance the awareness of poverty alleviation and improve unified living environment of poverty alleviation and set an example of self-determination in poverty alleviation.Improving the endogenous motive force and quality of poverty alleviation of the poor,avoiding the rural poor from returning to poverty after they get out of poverty and become rich.The key is to build a well-off society in an all-round way.With the support of national policies and the help from others,local economy continues to develop.The living environment in poor areas has been greatly improved,while the opportunities for poor people to get out of poverty are increasing.Minsheng village and Jiahe village in Baohua Town,Dawan Town,Xinzhai Village in Zhongshan District and Shiqiao Community and Shuanglong Community in Hongqiao New District.All villages were selected randomly in this study and stratified in stages in the poverty-stricken areas of Liupanshui City.The behaviors and thoughts of the poverty-stricken population were taken as the main research contents and the endogenous characteristics of the poverty-stricken population in rural areas were studied by means of in-depth interviews to research the situation of the motive force of poverty alleviation.Combining with the theory of chronic poverty,human capital and poverty culture,this paper analyses the reasons why there is no the poor and promote endogenous motive force of poverty eradication so as to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This study found that some poor people in the survey sites were influenced by the external factors such as the remote living environment,slow social and economic development,low education level,lack of employment skills,and intrinsic factors such as greed and ease,scrounge,conceal true income,and lying,which resulted in their lack of endogenous motivation to lift themselves out of poverty.At the same time,working levels,working methods,working pressure and demands of poverty alleviation workers will also affect the improvement of endogenous poverty alleviating motivation of the poor.In order to enable the poor to change from passive poverty alleviation to independent poverty alleviation,and make sure the poor get out of poverty smoothly without returning to poverty,it is necessary to change the way of thinking of the poor to establish relevant assessment mechanism for poverty alleviation and enhance the self-confidence of the poor in their own povertyalleviation and to improve the working level of the poverty alleviation workers so as to strengthen the humanistic care for the poverty.Poverty alleviation workers pay attention to the demands of the poor.To establish and promote the mechanism of endogenous poverty alleviation motive force.
