With the promotion of tourism industry status and the increasing influence of tourism industry,the hotel industry closely related to the tourism industry shows a trend of rapid development,because it is highly valued by the government,industry and academic circles.Unfortunately,Chinese hotels are generally faced with the problem that the high turnover rate of grass-roots employees by analyzing the current development of Chinese hotel industry.This problem not only affects the management profit of the hotel industry directly,but also seriously affects the survival and development of the hotel industry to a certain extent.Therefore,the issue is urgently solved by taking effective measures to improve grass-roots employee loyalty and to reduce the turnover rate of grass-roots employees.At present,the hotel industry has further deepened the emphasis on the construction and maintenance of their own corporate culture under the guidance of political orientation that the state attaches great importance to the culture construction.Under this background,the problems,for example,whether the current hotel culture will affect grass-roots employee loyalty and which kind of hotel culture should be build to improve grass-roots employee loyalty and others,they have attracted the industry and academia much attention.Currently,the research achievements of hotel culture and employee loyalty are more abundant and the quality level is higher than before,but there is little research achievements on the influence of hotel culture upon grass-roots employee loyalty by combining the research of hotel culture with employee loyalty.Therefore,the topic and content of this paper have important theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of the deepening of relevant theoretical research and the sustainable development of the hotel industry.The research route and the framework are as follows.This paper takes the hotel culture as the breakthrough point,and focuses on the influence of hotel culture on grass-roots employee loyalty from the perspective of the grass-roots employees,and then explores the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the grass-roots employee loyalty.For this purpose,the author specifies the topic,the purpose,the content and the methods of the research firstly.Analyzing the domestic and foreign literature and research achievements of the hotel culture and the employee loyalty,this paper mainly discusses about the influence of hotel culture on grass-roots employee loyalty from three aspects,namely,the reasons,the content and the results)to provide the theoretical foundation and support for further research.The empirical analysis of this paper is as follow.This paper explores the specific influence of hotel culture on grass-roots employee loyalty,using the statistical analysis software of Excel,SPSS20.0 and LISREL8.70 to do the single factor variance analysis,correlation analysis,structural equation analysis and other analysis.The result is that hotel culture has a positive influence on grass-roots employees' normative loyalty,continuous loyalty,ideal loyalty and emotional loyalty,and the degree of influence increases gradually.The countermeasures and suggestions of this paper are as follows.According to above theories and the results of this study,the author thinks that the hotel managers should build hotel culture elaborately from the perspective of the grass-roots employees,such as creating comfortable experience and unique style of the material culture,building friendly exchange and skillful technique of the behavior culture,maintaining strict norms and humanistic care of the system culture,constructing high aspiration and win-win situation of the spiritual culture,setting up distinctive feature and good reputation of the brand culture for grass-roots employees actively.Only in this way,can they effectively improve the loyalty of grass-roots employees and reduce the turnover rate,and then promote the healthy and sustainable development of the hotel.
