Research On The Problems Of Poverty Alleviation Microfinance Management Of Enshi Rural Commercial Bank

With the continuous development of The Times,the micro-credit model has gradually developed into a way of poverty alleviation.Although China's economy has been developing rapidly in recent years,poverty is still one of the major social problems in China.To solve this problem,China comprehensively proposed the policy of targeted poverty alleviation at the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee and continued to put this important strategy on the agenda at the 19 th CPC national congress.Of course,from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,financial poverty alleviation is the most comprehensive and effective one,which has produced many effective results for China's poverty alleviation policies.For the rural middle and small classes,the lack of funds is one of the core causes of poverty,how to let farmers get funds out of poverty is the main concern of the government.However,at present,many financial problems in rural areas of China are generally "difficult loans" and "expensive loans".Therefore,in order to promote the implementation of poverty alleviation policy of rural microfinance in China,it is necessary to study the management of microfinance in rural commercial Banks in China.Hubei province is located in the central region of China and has a large proportion of the agricultural population in hubei province.Enshi city is also a special poverty-stricken area in China.Therefore,enshi city will help the agricultural population shake off poverty as soon as possible and provide financial assistance for the middle and low-income population.In the financial poverty alleviation,the microfinance poverty alleviation mode is a new innovation and reform.As one of the financial poverty alleviation modes,it provides a new channel and way for the poverty alleviation in the market economy.And it is of great significance for the overall reform and innovation of the rural financial system.In this study,the microfinance poverty alleviation mode of Enshi Rural Commercial Bank is selected as the research object.This paper is divided into the following parts.The first part is the introduction which briefly introduces the background,research purpose,research significance,main contents and methods of this paper.The theoretical basis part introduces the relevant theories of financial poverty alleviation.This part expounds the relevant concepts and theories of poverty alleviationmicrofinance.The third chapter mainly introduces the operation status of poverty alleviation microfinance in Enshi Rural Commercial Bank.The first section introduces the present situation of economic development in Enshi area.The second section describes the current methods and development of the poverty alleviation microfinance in Enshi Rural Commercial Bank.The fourth chapter of this paper mainly expounds the problems in the development and management of poverty alleviation microfinance in Enshi Rural Commercial Bank and the causes of these problems.First of all,the first section describes a series of problems faced by Enshi Rural Commercial Bank in the practice of poverty alleviation microfinance,and the second section analyzes the causes of the problem of it.Chapter five analyzes the domestic and foreign cases of poverty alleviation microfinance.Some innovative inspirations in this case are summarized.The sixth chapter elaborates the countermeasures and suggestions of the management in poverty alleviation microfinance of the bank.Chapter 7 is the conclusion and conclusion of the article.The research on the poverty alleviation microfinance management of Enshi Rural Commercial Bank plays an important role in promoting the improvement of the poverty alleviation microfinance management in enshi,hubei province,and is of great significance to the local financial poverty alleviation.
