Today,technicians are the foundation of enterprises,and talents' competition has become the core of competition among enterprises,so it is crucial for enterprises to keep the solid groups of technicians.Therefore,it is particularly important to reduce the turnover rate of technicians and deepen the recognition and belonging of technicians to enterprises.Then,considering the further development of the enterprise,it is also one of the key elements for enterprise management to establish a comprehensive and reasonable performance appraisal system on the basis of strengthening the construction of technicians.Therefore,having a scientific,reasonable and feasible performance appraisal system for technicians is a good way for enterprises to maintain their dominant position in the competition.Based on the comprehensive investigation of the actual situation of Shendian Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd.,and rational analysis of the working characteristics of its technicians,we should find out the existing performance appraisal problems and investigate their root,with it as the research object.Then through the relevant theory of performance appraisal,selecting performance appraisal tools,using reasonable performance appraisal methods,calculating key indicators of technical personnel performance appraisal,analyzing the weight of performance appraisal indicators,determining the main body and cycle of performance appraisal,dividing the criteria of performance appraisal results and applying them in performance appraisal.In the existing evaluation scheme,we should optimize a set of performance appraisal system that can promote the technical staff of Shendian Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd.to stimulate the enthusiasm of technical staff,mobilize their motivation,increase their initiative,and enhance the economic efficiency of the company.At the same time,we should realize the mutual promotion and win-win situation between the company and the technical staff.In a word,this paper studies the original performance appraisal system of Shendian Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd.and optimizes the original performance appraisal system based on the actual situation of the enterprise,and improves the performance appraisal system of its technical personnel to a certain extent.
