The talented person is the guarantee which the enterprise develops. So it is very important to use and develop the talented person for petroleum profession. At present, Chinese Petroleum profession all in the positive research seeks establishing a set of appraisal system quite to be perfect to suit this enterprise and this unit.Further deepening and consummating interior distribution system reform according to ShengLi oil field, requests to establish a set of talent appraisal system quite to be perfect and to suit this unit for DongXin Oil Picking Refinery which is the level two units of China Sinopec. The article main discussed establishing a set of more scientific and perfect appraisal system for DongXin. First, this article has conducted the research to the talent evaluation rationale. It carried on the elaboration to the talent evaluation principle and the category, and analyzed the domestic and foreign talent appraisal development and the present situation. Second, on the basis of analyzing the talent appraisal present situation of DongXin, the article pointed out the questions existed in the appraisal of scientists and technicians talent; Then in view of the questions existed, uniting scientists and technicians' post establishment request of DongXin as well as the reform request of ShengLi oil field, constructed DongXin Oil Picking Refinery scientists and technicians talent appraisal system; Finally, it pointed out the questions should be pay attention to in this appraisal system implementation. |
