Evaluation Of Regional Green Economy Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors

Long-term extensive development has had a negative impact on China's ecological environment and social development.In recent years,green economy,a new form of development,has attracted wide attention.From the perspective of the new form of green economy,considering the concept of green growth,a comprehensive selection of reasonable green economic efficiency evaluation index.Based on the data of 30 provinces and municipalities from 2007 to 2017,the super-efficiency SBM model was used to calculate the green economic efficiency of each province and municipality in 11 years.According to the division of the eight economic regions,the green economic efficiency of each region is analyzed and evaluated.On the basis of literature research,the influencing factors that may affect green economic efficiency are identified and screened.Spatial econometric model is introduced to construct national inter-provincial spatial weight matrix and regional inter-provincial spatial weight matrix.This paper analyses the distribution of green economic efficiency among provinces nationwide,verifies its spatial correlation,establishes a spatial regression model to identify the influencing factors of green economic efficiency and decomposes its effect.Spatial regression models were established for eight regions to identify the influencing factors of green economic efficiency and decompose their effects.The results show that the green economy efficiency of the northern coast,the eastern coast and the southern coast is higher,and is always in the leading position,and higher than the national average.Southwest China's green economy is inefficient and always lags behind.Except for individual years,the green economic efficiency of 30 provinces and municipalities in China has positive spatial autocorrelation during the research period.In the whole country,the optimization of industrial proportion has a significant impact on the efficiency of green economy.At the same time,the actual amount of foreign investment,the degree of industrialization,the level of human resources and the intensity of environmental regulation have a significant impact.Considering the spatial impact,there are significant differences in the direction and intensity of direct and indirect effects in different regions.The study evaluates the green economic efficiency of each region and finds out the influencing factors of the efficiency of each of the eight major economic regions,which has certain practical reference significance for the green growth of each region and the improvement of the green economic efficiency.
