Research On The Benefit Of Poor Population In Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation Based On The Theory Of Empowerment

Getting rid of poverty and achieving development is the common goal of people all over the world.As China's comprehensive strength continues to grow,poverty has become an increasingly prominent obstacle to China's rural revitalization and the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.However,the shortage of human capital in poor areas and the weak ability of poor peasant households to lift themselves out of poverty are the biggest persistent problems in poverty alleviation.Therefore,the implementation of poverty alleviation policies in poor areas should focus on strengthening the ability of poor people to lift themselves out of poverty.With the practice and exploration of various regions in the development of industrial poverty alleviation,tourism poverty alleviation has become an important poverty alleviation method in China with its advantages of strong hematopoietic function,fast poverty alleviation effect and large driving efficiency,helping the resource-rich but economically backward areas to achieve poverty alleviation.Although great achievements have been made since the implementation of tourism poverty alleviation,a series of problems such as relative deprivation of economic and social benefits,insufficient ability of poor people to participate in tourism,and serious tourism leakage make it difficult to realize sustainable poverty alleviation in tourism.The lack of ability and power of poor people has become the most important obstacle that makes it difficult for poor farmers to benefit from tourism poverty alleviation.Therefore,it is urgent to increase the power of poor people to achieve stable poverty alleviation.This article carried out under the conditions of the existing literature analysis,by means of X county three tourism area four six scenic spots in the villages and towns of spot investigation,using the theory of increasing power,community participation theory,sustainable development theory and other related theory,constructs the theory model of tourism poverty alleviation of poverty population benefit,using econometric method,constructing a structural equation model,using SPSS19.0,AMOS22.0 analysis tools,to increases the power perspective of poverty population in the process of the participation of tourism poverty alleviation project implementation an empirical analysis on the influence of their own interests,and combined with the specific case,This paper analyzes the realization logic of the increasing rights and benefits of the poor population in tourism poverty alleviation,so as to ensure the real benefits of the poor farmers in tourism development,provide reference for the healthy development of tourism poverty alleviation projects in X county,and also play a role of reference for the implementation of targeted tourism poverty alleviation measures in other poor areas of the country.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)The development of rural tourism plays an important role in getting rid of poverty in poor areas with rich resources,which can effectively promote the participation of poor people,help them to obtain sustainable income and achieve hematopoietic function.(2)The poor population in X county realized economic,social and psychological power increase in povertyalleviation through tourism,but the political power increase was relatively low.At the same time,the poor people in X county have obtained comprehensive economic,social and ecological benefits from poverty alleviation through tourism,and the residents have shown a supportive attitude towards tourism development with a good tourism development trend.(3)To ensure that the poor realize their own rights in the process of tourism development will significantly improve the benefits of the poor.To enlarge the political power has a significant positive influence on the economic benefits of the poor,psychological increases the power of the poor was significantly positive influence on social and ecological benefits,social and increases the power of the poor was significantly positive influence on social and ecological benefits,economic increasing power has a significant positive influence on the economic benefits of the poor.(4)In the tourism poverty alleviation in X county,the poor population gains their rights and benefits mainly because the rich material capital,natural resources and human capital lay a realistic foundation for the tourism poverty alleviation project in X county.The interest appeal of the government,enterprises and the poor population is the driving force for the poor farmers in X county to gain the right to increase poverty alleviation through tourism.Government institutional guarantee for the realization of the tourism poverty alleviation and sustainable development has given the strong external support,so under the joint efforts of each participation main body to achieve the power of poor people in the tourism development and the enhanced ability of the villagers happiness and feasible,became the X county tourism poverty alleviation and stable development,the premise of the stability of long-term poverty.(5)In the development of tourism poverty alleviation,X County has obvious disadvantages in terms of political empowerment and other empowerment of the poor population,which makes it difficult for the poor population to play a decisive role in the decision making of tourism development,which is also a problem to be solved in the follow-up development of tourism poverty alleviation.
