Research On The Factors Affecting The Performance Of Migrant Workers Returning Hometown To Start A Business

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China put forward: we will implement the strategy of revitalizing rural areas and support and encourage farmers to find jobs and start their own businesses.In the context of the "rural revitalization" strategy,migrant workers returning home to start businesses is no longer a temporary "return" of the population,but will become the current and future development trend of rural society for a long time.According to local data and fixed monitoring data in rural areas,7.8 million people have returned to the countryside for entrepreneurship and innovation,among which 5.4 million are migrant workers,accounting for 70%.At present scholars in the field of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship research has achieved fruitful results,but mainly concentrated on the issue of entrepreneurship,intention and policy,etc,the results of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship and goals to achieve less attention degree,and generally only focus on business income,neglected the subjective evaluation of entrepreneurs and home business net income before and after the change.Based on this,this paper selects 676 sample data of returning migrant workers to start their own businesses,and analyzes the factors affecting the objective performance,subjective performance and growth performance of returning migrant workers,so as to draw relevant conclusions and put forward policy Suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial performance of returning migrant workers.Specifically,firstly,the core concepts of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses are defined,and the factors affecting the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers returning home are discussed from the theoretical level.Then on migrant entrepreneurship performance measure,and from the personal characteristics(including: gender,age,marital status),human capital characteristics(including: education,whether positions,whether to have entrepreneurial experience,the current fixed number of year,the cumulative length outside)and the internal and external support characteristics(including: couples whether common business,whether to hire family members,whether to get bank loans and get government help)the three aspects,using the method of interactive classification was carried out on the sample data description statistics,analysis of sample data within the correlation of various factors;Next,the influence of personal characteristics,human capital and internal and external support on the objective performance,subjective performance and growth performance of migrant workers returning to their hometowns was tested.The orderly Logistic model was used for empirical analysis.The empirical results were discussed and relevant conclusions were drawn.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,some reasonable Suggestions are put forward to improve the entrepreneurial performance of returning migrant workers.Through the above research and analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)there are significant differences in the impact of personal characteristics on the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers returning home.(2)the impact of human capital on the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers returning home is very significant.(3)internal and external support for migrant workers to return home entrepreneurial performance of the promotion of great role.Combined with the analysis and conclusion of this paper,this paper gives the following Suggestions from the aspects of education,policy assistance,financial support,female confidence and entrepreneurs themselves: first,the rural education system should be improved to enhance the human capital of returning migrant workers who start businesses;Then,we should establish and improve the policy support system for migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses,optimize the efficiency of capital use,focus on strengthening the support for vulnerable entrepreneurs,pay attention to the advantageous entrepreneurial groups,and encourage them to form a driving effect.At the same time,we should optimize the rural financial system and smooth the financing channels for returning migrant workers to start their own businesses.Secondly,the rural society should change the backward traditional ideas and realize women's confidence.Finally,from the perspective of entrepreneurs themselves,this paper argues that returning home entrepreneurs should not only grasp the policy opportunities,but also enhance their personal momentum and actively improve their personal quality.
