Research On Rural Tourism Development In Yingde

Under the background of vigorously advocating the construction of a beautiful China,improving the rural living environment and vigorously implementing the rural revitalization,rural tourism has been popular all over the country,and rural tourism has ushered in historic development opportunities.In 2015,the general office of the state council issued several opinions on further promoting tourism investment and consumption,which clearly put forward the promotion of tourism consumption,the implementation of rural tourism promotion plan,and the adherence to the personalized development direction of rural tourism.In the 13 th five-year plan,it is clearly proposed to vigorously develop tourism and open up broad space for rural development.The rural revitalization strategy proposed in 2017 and the action plan for improving quality and upgrading of rural tourism development(2018-2020)jointly issued by 13 departments in 2018 indicate that the rural tourism market is in great demand,the effect of enriching people is outstanding,and the development potential is huge.We can clearly see the government's support for rural tourism from the documents on encouraging rural tourism development issued in recent years.With the further growth of China's economy,the increase of disposable income and leisure time and the popularization of private cars,self-driving travel has become one of the main ways of daily travel.With the change of the concept of leisure consumption,"going to the countryside" has become the fashion of domestic tourism,and more and more city residents are eager to return to the basics,return to the countryside and nature.Yingde and ecological reconstruction,the Yingdey type rich tourism resources,formed to ecological tourism resource,karst tourism resources,water scenery tourism resources of high quality natural scenery and unique hakka culture,huangshao home culture,lingnan culture and stone and tea culture,as the Yingde great provides a good foundation for the development of rural tourism.The "one-hour economic circle" in the guangzhouShenzhen city cluster,as the superior location of the backyard garden for guangdong,Hong Kong and macau's leisure vacation,provides a large number of tourists for the rural tourism in Yingde,which is an important factor for the rapid development of rural tourism in Yingde in recent years.Yingde rural tourism of late,however,the infrastructure and all kinds of facilities far couldn't keep up with rapid development of rural tourism,How to seize the development opportunity of rural tourism and give full play to the function of government in the process of rural tourism development,strengthen the rural tourism,guide the sustained and healthy development of the rural tourism as an important task of Yingde city.This paper use basic theories such as public product theory,tourism development theory and public governance theory,and adopts research methods such as literature method,investigation method and comparative analysis method to analyze the problems existing in the development process of rural tourism in yingde city.At the same time,the successful cases and models at home and abroad are used for reference to provide certain opinions and Suggestions on how to further guide the development of rural tourism for the public administration departments of Yingde city according to local conditions.
