Study On The Scientific Research Institutes-Led Transformation Mode Of Agricultural Scientific And Technological Achievements

Agricultural science and technology innovation is the key measure that promotes agricultural industry transformation and upgrading,as well as an important path to promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform.The transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is an important link to realize agricultural science and technology innovation.At present,China's agricultural science and technology achievements transformation leading mode mainly includes government leading,market(enterprise)leading,scientific research institute leading,university leading,intermediary organization,etc.As the main provider of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,it is significant for the research institute to explore a kind of transformation model suitable for agricultural scientific research institutes to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.This article summarized the basic connotation,theoretical basis and practical approach of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.The main mode of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad is sorted out.This paper elaborated the status,function and characteristics of the scientific research institutes-led transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,and based on the case of Hunan academy of agricultural sciences,discussed the current situation,mode and existing problems of its agricultural scientific and technological achievements.The study found that the scientific research institutes-led transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements have the constraints of the supply of achievements,the demand for achievements,the support of intermediaries,funds and policies,etc.And put forward suggestions as improve institutional setting,solve financial problems,improve incentives,build a sound evaluation system,strengthen platform construction,and promote the combination of supply and demand to optimize the mode.
