A Study On The Construction Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension Team In Loudi City

Looking at the world today,human resources occupy an extremely important position in the competition of comprehensive national strength and the development of all walks of life.The government’s agricultural extension talent team,as the main force in the promotion of agricultural technology,has played an important role in increasing agricultural output,increasing farmers’ income,and stabilizing rural areas.However,with the development of the market economy,grassroots agricultural extension teams have gradually shrunk,service capabilities have become increasingly weakened,and they are increasingly unable to meet the needs of modern agricultural development.This study is based on the status of the agricultural promotion team in Loudi City,Hunan Province,focusing on government promotion agencies,through a series of surveys and interviews to understand the development status of the construction team of agricultural extension talents in Loudi City,such as management system,funding,promotion methods,team structure,people’s identity,etc.,to fully grasp the first-hand information on the construction of agricultural extension talents in Loudi City.On this basis,in-depth analysis of the main problems in the construction of agricultural extension talents in Loudi City,combined with China’s national conditions,especially the actual situation in Loudi City,putting forward the countermeasures and measures for the construction of agricultural extension talents,including optimizing organization settings,rationalizing the management system,innovating promotion methods,strengthening of team building,policy and financial support,promoting the association between organizations,improving farmers’ training and quality,etc.This article first analyzes the research status,research ideas and methods at home and abroad;then it starts with the construction of agricultural extension,agricultural extension talents and grassroots agricultural promotion teams,and points out the current situation of agricultural science and technology promotion teams in Loudi City,and points out the existence of agricultural technology promotion team construction.The main issues were analyzed and the reasons were analyzed.Finally,based on relevant experiences and inspirations at home and abroad,the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of agricultural extension talents in Loudi City were proposed.
