Study On Sustainable Land-use And Change Of Land-use Structure In Urban-rural-integration-area

The sustainable utilization of land resources not only is the key of the development of social economy, but also the eternal theme of social development. The urban-rural-integration-area is an important component part of urban area structure, also is a guide region, developing rapidly. Especially, with the increasing of urban factor and the decreasing of the rural factor, the neighboring urban belt has become a belt where the function of urban and rural interpenetrates, social economy develops specially and actively, the problem of land use is most and the contradiction is quite acuity on a global scale today. During the process of urbanization, it's an inevitable phenomenon that the urban land area will enlarge in a country or a district. The urban unceasing development inevitably causes the dynamic change of the urban-rural- integration-area land utilization, the reorganization and the substitution of land utilization structure and layout. So long as the development of urban doesn't stop, the research of land utilization in the urban-rural-integration-area has great practical significance.This paper takes the theory that land use structure optimization on sustainable utilization as breakthrough point, takes the city Liu-Zhou as an example. Firstly, the paper analyzes the numeral and spatial structure of land use in Liu-Zhou urban-rural-integration-area in a whole orientation view; selects such as the velocity variation of land use, the amplitude variation of land use, the change of extent of land use, and the information entropy of land use structure and so on as indexes to analyze the change of numeral structure; reveals the character of the change of spatial structure by both spatial difference of information entropy and the Lorenz's curve and Lorenz's coefficient. Secondly, on the basis of revealing the character of the change of land use structure in such special region, the paper takes like GDP, industrial output, peasant's per capita net income, per capita cultivated land, ecological functional land use, ecosystem health and so on as indexes to analyze the sustainability of land use structure of Liu-Zhou urban-rural-integration-area from economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit. Thirdly, on the basis of realizing the land use structure system, multi-objective linear programming model was adopted to optimize the structure of the urban-rural-integration-area land use. Finally, the paper advances the countermeasures to the structure of urban-rural-integration-area regulating and controlling.
