Study On The Impact Of Land Use Change On Ecological Civilization At County Level

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the contradiction between land use and ecological civilization is becoming more and more prominent.It is necessary to study the relationship between land use change and ecological civilization.This paper,taking Wu'an city of Hebei Province as an example,first constructs the county ecological civilization evaluation theory system.Based on the connotation of county ecological civilization,the evaluation index system of county ecological civilization is established from three aspects of ecological environment quality,social economic development vitality and overall coordination degree.The evaluation and analysis of the ecological civilization change of the city of Wu'an for 2009-2016 years are carried out.Secondly,according to the data of the land use status of Wu'an in the past 2009-2016 years,the impact of land use change on ecological civilization is discussed from three aspects of land use dynamic degree,land use degree and land use structure.Finally,based on this,the suggestions for the coordinated development of land use and ecological civilization in Wu'an are put forward.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through related literature and theoretical research,the evaluation system of county ecological civilization is constructed.The connotation of ecological civilization in the county is analyzed,and it should include: paying attention to agricultural production,protecting the quality of the ecological environment,stimulating the vitality of economic and social development,paying attention to the security of the people's livelihood,the coordinated development of human and nature and taking into account both the construction land and the development of ecological land.The evaluation index system of county ecological civilization is constructed from three aspects: the quality of ecological environment,the vitality of social economic development and the overall coordination degree.(2)According to the evaluation index system of county ecological civilization,the evaluation of ecological civilization in Wu'an is carried out.The results show that in the 2009-2013 year,the index of ecological civilization in Wu'an increased continuously,rising to 0.598 in 2013,but then it began to decline and grow gently.The construction of ecological civilization has achieved good results,but the subsequent growth is weak.The vitality index of social and economic development has increased significantly,contributing to the construction of ecological civilization in Wu'an.The overall coordination degree index is also steadily rising,but the ecological environmental quality evaluation index is not ideal,and continues to decline,indicating that the protection of the ecological environment is not enough.(3)Based on the data of land use in Wu'an in the past 2009-2016 years and the calculation of correlation coefficient,the impact of land use change on ecological civilization is analyzed.The results showed that the area of construction land increased linearly in 2009-2016 years,occupied a large number of farmland,and ecological land,such as woodland and grassland.The information entropy of land use structure rose from 0.259 in 2009 to 0.265 in 2016,which indicates that the construction land conversion is more frequent in this period.The economic growth is still at the expense of the sacrifice of cultivated land and ecological land.There is a negative correlation between the ecological environment quality and the construction land,low to-0.865.The vitality of social economic development,the overall coordination degree and the construction land have positive correlation,respectively 0.899,0.824.It shows that the overall growth of ecological civilization is mainly dependent on the growth of social and economic benefits brought by the growth of construction land,but the problem of ecological environment hinders the long-term development and needs to be improved.
