With the aggravation of market competition and the development of technological innovation,it's necessary for organizations to improve learning capacity and promote competitive advantages.As the basic unit of an organization,team can boot energy from the fundamental base.So,it is important to make sure that team achieve effective learning behavior.And team leader will influence team learning to some extent.Based on 'Ambidexterity Theory',this study explores the effect of managers' ambidexterity on team learning and adapts questionnaire survey in different companies.As predicted,managers' ambidexterity is positively related to team learning.Reflexivity mediates the relationship between managers' ambidexterity and team learning.What's more,The interaction of managers' ambidexterity and environmental dynamism has a significant effect on team learning.In terms of theory,this study focuses on team managers' ambidexterity,which riches past research's framework.In terms of organization operation,this study opens the mechanism in the black box,which provides advices to different types of teams.Above all,this study has great importance to theoretical research and social practice.
