With the rapid development of the global economy,the explosion of technology,the changing needs of customers and diversification of products and services,enterprises are faced with unprecedented uncertainty and risk.Only enterprises which are characterized by innovation and changes can respond to market demands timely and grasp the initiative in the competition.Due to the high uncertainty of the environment,enterprises are increasingly relying on team work to cope with complex and flexible tasks and unpredictable internal and external environmental changes.A team is composed of complementary members and it's flexible in structure,which is responsive to internal and external circumstances.Teams are key learning units within the organization.Therefore,this paper takes the team within the enterprise as the research object,the paper mainly studies the influence of the entrepreneurial orientation on team performance in the dynamic environment.There are many voices on the constituent elements of entrepreneurial orientation and the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance.Most of these studies were conducted in a foreign background,with a few studies in the Chinese background and fewer in team research.This paper constructs the research model of the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and team performance according to the domestic and foreign literatures.The team learning is taken as the mediator variable and the environmental dynamism as the regulated variable.The empirical study is conducted with the data of 45 teams in 20 enterprises.In this study,the hypothesis are validated by descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,mediation effect analysis and multilayer linear regression analysis.The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on team performance,and team learning plays an intermediary role between Entrepreneurial orientation and team performance,Environmental dynamics regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and team performance.That is,the higher the level of environmental dynamics,entrepreneurial-oriented team can get a higher team performance.The innovation of this paper mainly includes two points: First of all,this paper creatively studies the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and team performance,and takes team learning as an intermediary variable and environmental dynamics as a regulated variable,which is very rare in China.Second,this paper Combines the research of entrepreneurial orientation with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises,which the results will bring theoretical and practical inspiration to the operation and management of enterprises.
