Study On The Transformation Of Shantytowns In Dalat Banner Of Ordos City

With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development and the acceleration of urbanization,shantytowns have become an obstacle to the development of a region.Since 2009,when the state gradually started large-scale renovation of shantytowns in China's coal mined-out areas,forest farms,agricultural reclamation and overseas Chinese farms,great achievements have been made in shantytowns nationwide.As the north gate of ordos city,dalat banner is an important area connecting baotou and Hohhot.The shanty town reconstruction of dalat banner plays an important role in the overall modernization development of ordos city and the connecting development of hubao and hubei economic belt.Since 2004,dalat banner has started to transform shantytowns,gradually expanding the demolition scope and covering a total area of 1.2946 million square meters.In the process of continuous practice,darat banner has developed a set of working methods that are in line with local conditions and has achieved certain results.However,on the whole,there are still many problems.The shantytown land lacks overall planning and the utilization efficiency is low.The gap between the government's expropriation and demolition compensation policies and the residents' psychological expectations is large,and the government's policies on the employment and re-employment of the residents inshanty towns are not perfect.Turn shantytowns into new housing areas in other parts of the country in this paper,through research experience,according to the geographical location and economic development of dalad and actual situation,proposed in dalad shantytown transformation process can raise funds through the development of the PPP mode,adjust measures to local conditions lead to development of the third industry employment,at the same time establish mass autonomous organization,ease and the contradiction between the government and the masses to build convenient service life circle perfect community management measures,such as to improve shantytown transformation policy more concrete,let shanty town residents share dividends of economic development.
