Research On Rural Land Cooperative Management Mode In Dalate Banner

As a big agricultural country,China has always attached great importance to agricultural production.It regards agriculture as the basis for stabilizing the country and stabilizing the people,and it is also the key to governing the country.How to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" scientifically has become a crucial issue in our current research and work.Dalat Banner earnestly implements the spirit of the national policy,accelerates the adjustment of industrial structure,and constantly explores and innovates the land cooperative operation model,and various new operation models flourish.This article selects the five most representative cooperative management models from various land cooperative management modes in townships and towns of Dalat Banner as examples.Through field visits and literature review,it is found that although Dalat Banner currently has existing land cooperation There are many types of business models and various forms,but the operation process is similar.The comparative analysis of the business entities and revenues shows that three of the business models can be promoted,and the two are still to be explored and developed,but these land cooperative business models have the following problems First,in the land cooperative operation model,the cooperative structure involved is loose and has no supervision and restriction function;second,the propaganda is not strong enough,and the policy support is not in place;third,there are fewer leading companies among the cooperative enterprises,and the deep processing capacity is insufficient;fourth,yes The comprehensive qualities of farmers such as cultural level and technical ability are generally low,which restricts the development of cooperatives.Fifth,financial market borrowing is difficult,and the agricultural insurance system is not perfect.According to this,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The first is to improve the management level of the cooperative and improve the management mechanism;the second is to play the role of the government,strengthen publicity,and implement policies;and the second is to continuously optimize the business environment and vigorously introduce leading enterprises to demonstrate,lead,and drive Industrial development;then we must start with the farmers themselves,constantly improve the farmers 'cultural level and comprehensive quality,and cultivate new professional farmers;finally,by creating a good ecological financial environment,we will further improve the rural financial insurance system and enhance the farmers'ability to resist natural disasters.I hope that through the above countermeasures and suggestions,we can provide a certain reference and support for the future development of the land cooperative management model in the region.
