The Mechanism And Path Of Resource Concerto's Impact On Corporate Performance

Looking back on the various stages of the enterprise from survival to development,there are great differences between the resource situation in the initial stage of entrepreneurship and the resource situation in the post-entrepreneurship period,and the resource action is also different.At different stages,the enterprise should not only adapt to the changes of the external environment and follow the changes of the environment and opportunities to adjust the available internal and external resources,but also adopt the corresponding focus on the internal and external resources.Actions to get rid of difficulties,and then promote further development of enterprises.But in reality,a large number of enterprises can not smoothly realize the positive interaction between enterprise action and resource situation,which leads to the failure or stagnation of enterprise entrepreneurship,and ultimately affects the performance of enterprises.This paper takes Yili Resource Group as the research object,describes the resource Concerto in different stages of the case enterprise by case analysis method,analyses the impact and benefit of resource Concerto on the enterprise from three aspects: resource structure,resource bundling and resource utilization,excavates the causes of the change of case enterprise performance,and finds out the internal path and mechanism.Through the research of Yili Resources Group,it is found that resource concerto will produce corresponding organizational ability,which is reflected in R&D ability,innovation ability,visibility,market share,etc.It will make enterprises form corresponding competitive advantages,promote the economic,ecological and social benefits of enterprises,and then affect the business performance and growth performance of enterprises.Therefore,in the process of development,enterprises should attach importance to the concerto of resources and resources,constantly adjust to adapt to external changes and internal decision-making,in order to continuously maintain and expand the advantages of enterprises in the market,so as to enhance enterprise performance.This study has certain reference significance for enterprises to improve their performance through resource action in different stages of development.
