Research On The Mechanism Of Organizational Innovation Climate And Enterprise Patent Creating Ability

Since China implements the strategy of intellectual property rights, the research is starting from the traditional intellectual property protection to intellectual property rights ability. Researching enterprise intellectual property ability is useful to constructing modern enterprise system, promoting enterprise management innovation and adjusting the property right structure. The level of using intellectual property rights ability decides the enterprise core competitive strength. Intellectual property rights ability is the ability to creating, using, protecting and managing those intellectual property rights including the enterprise patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets and so on. It can help the enterprise obtain competitive advantage. Enterprise patent ability is the extension and expansion of intellectual property capability, it is multi-level and structural system, including patent creating ability, using ability, management ability and protecting ability. And now most research focus on the patent, because the study of economics itself method and data availability. So, this paper researches the enterprise patent creating ability mainly.For the study of the intellectual property capability, most research focus on the relationship between the intellectual property capability and enterprise innovation ability, the core competitive ability. But the research to the influence factor of property rights ability is little, especially the study of the influence factor of enterprise internal. In this paper, we study the influence factors of patent ability, outstanding research organization’s internal factors, is the innovation of the research, has certain theoretical value. we study the influence factors of patent ability, these factors are organization’s internal factors, that is the innovation of the research and has theoretical value. Can be found in the actual industrial production, many enterprises in our country have big investment in the hardware infrastructure such as money, equipment, sites. But there is no promoting to the enterprise innovation performance and patent ability. The root reason of this phenomenon is that the organization is lack of positive innovation atmosphere, there is no "soft environment" in enterprise. So, researching the influence to organization innovation atmosphere on enterprise innovation ability and enterprise efficiency has the strong practical meaning. This research studies the internal factors of enterprise patent creation ability mainly, and we study how the organization innovation atmosphere influence enterprise patent creation abilityFirstly, we review relevant research literature about organization innovation atmosphere, organization learning ability and patent creating ability. Then we summarize those relevant literatures, and deduced the hypothesis and model of this study. At the same time, combining with the demand of the present study, we extract the questionnaire scale of this study. In addition, we use the data of this questionnaire to verify the research hypothesis and model. Thirdly, we analyze the results of this data processing, then put forward the Suggestions to the enterprises how to cultivate patent creating ability. At last we summarize the research deficiency and the future research.This research obtains the following conclusions.1. Organization innovation climate has direct effect on enterprise patent creating ability2. Organization learning capability has the whole intermediation between Organization innovation climate and patent creating ability.3. The enterprise scale has no positive moderating effect on enterprise patent creating and using ability.
