In modern society,human is the carrier of all capital,the promoter of capital movement and the base station of information transmission.Human is also the key to successful career and the axis of the operation of a large amount of capital.With China’s financial reform entering deep water area and increasingly international situation,there are both challenges and opportunities for commercial banks.In the fierce market competition,optimization of human resources allocation will take the initiative in the competition,thus becoming the decisive factor in the reform of financial system.Based on the current situation of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,this thesis firstly clarifies ideas and methods of the full text,and studies the human resource allocation of commercial banks from the perspective of connotation of human resource allocation;Secondly,this thesis combs organizational structure,organization configuration,total amount of human resources,the structure of human resources at all levels and distribution of human resources of Tianjin Branch of Bank A,and comprehensively analyzes its current situation of human resources.In view of this,this thesis analyzes the main problems and causes of human resource allocation in Tianjin Branch of Bank A,and points out its advantages and disadvantages of human resource allocation through SWOT analysis.Finally,optimization method of human resource allocation in Tianjin Branch of Bank A is put forward,including introduction of planning model of strategic human resource,optimization of human resource structure,improvement of the scientific and targeted talent introduction,and perfection of quality training mechanism of human resource,optimization of staffing of the branch,improvement of human resources allocation mechanism and so on.This thesis aims to optimize the human resources allocation of Tianjin Branch of Bank A,enhance efficiency of human resources,lay a good foundation of human resources for the development of banking business,improve the regional competitiveness and strive to build it into a high-quality mainstream bank.
