Since August 1992,Y Bank has achieved rapid development and made great achievements in various indicators such as customer occupancy,deposit and loan investment.However,in recent years,especially after 2017,with the economic development,the development mode of traditional banks has been unable to keep up with the changes of The Times,and the transformation of branches is imperative.Only through the transformation of branches can Y Bank achieve long-term and stable development.As a large state-owned commercial bank,Y Bank should conform to this environment and take the transformation of its network as its key goal for development.As an important part of the development of Y Bank,how to optimize the allocation of human resources under the background of the transformation of its network will play a crucial role in the future development of Y Bank.This paper mainly adopts the questionnaire survey to investigate some employees of Y Bank,and makes statistical analysis of the recovered results.According to the survey results,it summarizes the main problems existing in Y Bank’s human resources allocation,such as unreasonable human resources allocation structure and general lack of professional ability of employees,and analyzes the corresponding reasons for these problems.Finally,four countermeasures are drawn: one is to construct the "people-oriented" policy to optimize the allocation of human resources;The second is to provide valuable training for employees to enhance their professional level;Third,optimize internal and external coordination to improve the service efficiency of the network;Fourth,system guidance to improve employees’ Internet thinking.
