In the 21 st century,the world economy has developed rapidly,the domestic market demand has gradually become personalized and dominant,and the competition between manufacturing companies has also become increasingly globalized.Therefore,the lower production cost is an important advantage for enterprises to win in competition,and there are various ways to reduce production costs,use appropriate methods to formulate production plans,ensure that the production process is smooth and can supply on time,and thus reduce the waste caused by waiting and delay.It will be an effective means for enterprises to reduce production costs,especially among traditional manufacturing companies in China.Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprises,as traditional manufacturing enterprises,can't yet fully rely themselves on production plans that generated by computers automatically due to the complexity and particularity of production,although they are gradually adopting modern production methods.Therefore,most companies still make production plans artificially.In this paper,H enterprise,a traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprise,was selected as the research object and its production plans were studied.Firstly,the supply situation of H enterprises was analyzed,and the reason for the failure to supply the large varieties and some small varieties was found.Through the analysis of the way that workshop production plan made,the reasons why the products cannot be timely supplied in production planning process were find out.Combining with the producing feature of H enterprise,using lean thinking for problem analysis,ABC classification was used to analyze the supply structure of the enterprise,pointing out the key species and small species in the supply structure,the rules for making production plans of key species were then studied.Packaging workshop producing plan,the last link that affects product supply in production system was studied,the implementation of pull production mode was put forward to arrange production.The combination of production and marketing was strengthened to ensure that the production of the workshop is the need of the market and sales.The safety stock of large varieties was determined to ensure timely supply.Production arrangement mode was established at the aim of equalization,daily production plan of large varieties was made,the production rhythm of large varieties was regularly fixed to reduce the overtime work due to temporary work.The flow of workers in different posts was strengthened to improve the efficiency of working hours and reduce labor costs.The research in this paper can help to improve the supply efficiency of H company and improve customer satisfaction.Making production plan through the study above can help to reduce the product inventory and reduce the production cost.At the same time,it also has some guidance and reference significance for other traditional Chinese medicine enterprises to reduce production cost.
