In order to ensure that the market and efficiency hold the line when the international competition become more and more fierce, the most practicable way is for Chinese enterprises to enhance corporate cost control, the continuous elimination of waste, and the continuous reduce of cost. The implementation of lean production is an important means to the reducing of cost, the elimination of waste, the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises, and the access to greater development. Many facts prove that lean production is recognized as the best kind of organization of production systems that is currently the most influential in society. Lean production in the aspect of reduced costs and increasing efficiency has a significant effect.In this thesis, by the means that is to ask questions, to analyze problems, and to solve problems, and by the integrated use lean production content, thought and principles, a preliminary study on how to adapt to lean production in CT company and apply lean production to CT company is given.First of all, analyzes the CT's current facing the market environment and competitive pressures in thesis, and pointed out that the CT part of the company production characteristics, obtained in the CT's lean production of the necessity to implement.Second, analyzes the CT's organizational structure, production mode, existing problems in turn and lean production of the implementation of the feasibility, integrated lean production theory and method, and obtained lean production is the company's current production problems to solve CT effective way.Finally,In this thesis, with the actual situation of CT company, according to the problems on the existing organizational structure, on-site management, production line layout, production system, equipment management, quality control and so on, according to the analysis of lean production ideas, integrating the lean production theory and method such as pull production mode, 5S, equipment management, total quality management, continuous improvement, with the principle of actual production and operational, the CT company's lean production of programs are given and implemented.In this thesis, due to the CT company's products complexity and time constraint, the application and study of lean production are preliminary and lean production needs to be further strengthened and promoted in the whole company in the future.
