Research On Maker Space Operation Mode Based On Sharing Economic Theory

In 2015,with the initiative of the state department's office,the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship in the country is strong,the development of maker space is significantly improved in terms of both quantity and quality.Researches on the maker space at home and abroad mainly focus on the development mode,profit model and future development trend.There is no research on the theoretical basis of maker space.This results in the problems such as low quality of operation,weak incubation capacity,and the low quality of maker space with professional characteristics in the operation process.First of all,through consulting relevant sharing economy and a space literature at home and abroad,this paper expounds the current maker space of the main research direction,profit mode and development trend,analysis of the definition of sharing economic and related characteristics;Secondly,using the theory of sharing economy to explore the new business model,and building a model of the entire revenue model of the world,using the model to guide the structure and operation of the maker space;Finally,With Tianjin Design and Research Institute of Electric Drive co.,LTD.,founded intelligent electrical maker space as a case,using the sharing economic philosophy,constructed the operation mode of the intelligent electric maker space,through the analysis,the operation mode of the research of intelligent electrical maker space,in guiding the intelligent electric the maker space operations at the same time.The main research results of this paper are:First,the research identifies the component elements of maker space sharing,including site resources,plant resources,laboratory resources,equipment resources,capital resources and information resources;The second is to use the sharing element to construct the cost-saving model of the various stages of the development of the intelligent electric world,which,in the context of reducing the cost of start-up costs,has increased the efficiency of the operating efficiency,information resources and the resources of the venture capital;Thirdly,the organizational structure of intelligent electric maker space is constructed by referring to the model and the total revenue model of maker space,which provides a reference for the development of other creative space.
