| China,a contemporary,cosmopolitan,ancient and bustling land,is always attracting foreign visitors.When we talk about China,foreign tourists(inbound or outbound)faced many hurdles while touring China.One of the key factors is the Chinese language which is difficult to understand and digest by foreigners and their culture is uncommonly distinctive.In this research we proposed a framework “ExploreChina” with gamification to enhance the user experience,promote traveling,the user found it meaningful,valuable,fun and useful.We statistically proved that our prototype significantly improved the reachability for foreign tourists at a recommended tourist spot and also the effectiveness of the visit.These two targets were achieved due to the employment of gamification.It is concluded that the developed prototype showed significant results and proved with gamification method as a remarkable app for reducing the significance of external factors like Chinese proficiency and satisfaction level of existing applications. |
