Study On Development Of Rural Collective Economy In Linyi County

Developing and strengthening the rural collective economy is of great significance to solve the outstanding problems in agriculture and rural areas and promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.Taking Linyi County rural collective economy development as the research object,by refer to literature,field investigation,comparative analysis and other methods for the development of the rural collective economy in recent years are studied,and with the advanced Village of Linyi County--Xuegong village collective economy development as an example for analysis,comparison,draw lessons from all over the country advanced typical Linyi County development of rural economic collective have the targeted measures,hoping to play certain guidance and reference function.This paper analyzes the measures for LinYi County to promote the development of village collective economy,the present situation,the exploration course and effect.on this basis,further cases with local advanced Xuegong Village and the typical Huaxi village and domestic advanced mode,Wenzhou mode,Huzhou model as a reference,such as in-depth research,find problems,analysis of rural collective economy development present situation and existing problems and corresponding reasons,and proposed targeted reasonable countermeasures.The content includes the following aspects:In the introduction part,the background,purpose and significance of the research are explained clearly,the research ideas are determined and the existing research literature at home and abroad is summarized.Then it introduces the current situation and achievements of rural collective economy in Linyi County,including the general situation of collective economic development in China,the current situation of collective economic development in Linyi County,the relevant factors,the main development modes formed and the results achieved.Secondly,the outstanding advantages and problems in the process of developing collective economy in Linyi County are analyzed.Advantages are mainly manifested in the development of the collective economy on a better basis,a more smooth mechanism,a greater push for reform,etc.Problems mainly focus on the lack of development awareness,weak funds,lack of projects,lack of management system and policy,and analyze the causes.It also elaborates on the model of Xue Gong Village,an advanced model of developing collective economy in Linyi County,and introduces its development process.It includes the preliminary exploration of the development of collective economy,the formation of the framework,model innovation,management innovation,and the results achieved.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural collective economy.This paper lists typical cases of rural collective economic development in West China,Yuanjiacun and Huzhou,and analyses the enlightenment brought by the cases.In view of the problems and drawing lessons from experience,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to guide the development of collective economy in Linyi.It mainly includes strengthening ideological understanding,deepening the reform of system and mechanism,increasing the intensity of attracting projects,basing on industrial characteristics,strengthening the management of "three capital" and providing policy support.
