Study On The Development Of Rural Collective Economy In F County

Consolidating and developing the rural collective economy is the inevitable choice to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,to realize the Rural Revitalization and national modernization,and finally to achieve common prosperity.But from the current situation of rural collective economic development in China,there are still many problems to be solved,such as: unbalanced development is not sufficient,the overall level of development is not high,long-term in a slow state of development,and so on.To solve these problems,we need to study them both in theory and practice,and make suggestions and suggestions together.Based on the above background,from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper takes f County in Yantai City,Shandong Province as a typical case to study,using transaction cost theory,property rights theory,principal-agent theory and sustainable development theory for reference,comprehensively analyzes the development status and existing problems of F county's rural collective economy,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of F county's collective economy.First of all,this paper introduces the significance,purpose,content and background of the research,explains the research methods,technical routes,innovation points and shortcomings,analyzes the research trends and research status at home and abroad by using the literature research method,and introduces the concept of rural revitalization,collective economy and related theories.Then,by using the methods of literature reading,interview and case analysis,this paper introduces the development of F county and the measures of rural collective economic development at the county level,records the interviews of three advanced villages of collective economy,and summarizes the reduction of collective economic development in "empty shell village",the optimization of industrial structure,the increase of farmers' income,the increase of development potential,and the consolidation of governance foundation The achievements in this aspect have summarized the Enlightenment of Party committee's leading,sustainable development,overall development and local conditions.Then,using case analysis and comparativeresearch,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of F county's rural collective economy,such as unbalanced development,insufficient development,insufficient play of the leading role of the government,and lack of human resource elements.Based on the theory of property rights,principal-agent,transaction cost and sustainable development,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,based on the research and analysis of rural collective economy in F County,from the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper puts forward suggestions on formulating rural collective economic development plan,exploring various measures for rural collective economic development,giving full play to the leading role of the government in the development of rural collective economy,and improving the guarantee measures for the supply of human resources in the development of rural collective economy.
