| With the further acceleration of the global economic integration process and the further implementation of the “One Belt,One Road” initiative,competition in the domestic engineering cost consulting market has intensified.On the contrary,the overseas engineering consulting market is in good shape.The increasingly fierce domestic market and the well-regarded overseas market have prompted engineering cost consulting companies to seize the development opportunities such as “One Belt and One Road” and “Energy Global Internet” to develop international markets and open up international markets.The overseas development of domestic engineering cost consulting companies has exposed many problems: the international structure is incomplete,the risks are concentrated,and the international understanding is biased.This study constructs the international evaluation index of engineering cost consulting enterprises,studies its related relationship,guides enterprises to formulate targeted international development strategies,improve the international competitive advantage of enterprises,and prevent overseas development risks,and proposes theoretical references.This study reviews the existing research directions of engineering cost consulting firms,the international engineering market competition issues and the international evaluation methods of enterprises,and summarizes the existing research deficiencies: the lack of in-depth research on the internationalization of engineering cost consulting firms.We will sort out the development history of engineering cost consulting industry at home and abroad,and deepen the understanding of engineering cost consulting enterprises.We will sort out the relevant theories of internationalization of engineering cost enterprises and define the concept of internationalization of engineering cost consulting enterprises.Introduce the Porter value chain model,analyze the value chain model of engineering cost consulting firms,and construct an index research framework.Through the literature selection method primary selection indicators,through the enterprise and expert interviews to adjust and determine the indicators,through the questionnaire survey method and factor analysis method,identify the preliminary activities,business operations,results summary of the basic activities,10 indicators,10 indicators,auxiliary In the activity,the distribution of subsidiaries,manpower and financial management,and information support 16 indicators in 3 dimensions.Through the typical correlation analysis method,the three dimensions of the basic activities and the three dimensions of the auxiliary activities are analyzed in pairs,and the typical correlation analysis results are obtained.The example enterprises are selected for international evaluation,and the applicability of the evaluation indicators and the correctness of the relationship of the indicators are verified.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the construction of international evaluation indicators for engineering cost consulting enterprises can help guide enterprises to enhance their international awareness,formulate international development strategies,improve international competitiveness,and help the government understand the common problems in the international development of enterprises.Second,researching the relationship between internationalization indicators helps guide enterprises to determine what dimensions and indicators are needed in their supporting activities,and guide enterprises to develop targeted improvement measures.Third,through the example of enterprise verification research results,to help other enterprises.After understanding the level of internationalization,apply the results of this research and develop a targeted improvement strategy.The research results guide enterprises to develop internationalization and enhance targeted measures,which has important practical significance. |
