| The development of the logistics industry is an important indicator to measure the level of economic development in a region.The spatial layout and characteristics of the logistics industry constitute the basi c elements of the urban logistics industry.With the rapid development and maturity of the urban logistics industry,the scale and grade of the logistics industry occur a significant change.Based on the development of logistics industry in each provincial capital city,this paper uses the related theories of urban geography and economic geography to collect POI and use various spatial analysis methods to study the logistics industry and the spatial distribution and characteristics of its format in China's municipalities and provincial capitals.,also study the factors affecting its spatial distribution density.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,by analyzing the definition and characteristics of the logistics i ndustry and logistics enterprises,the logistics industry will be classified,then,through Baidu map,obtain the POI point data information related to the logistics industry and its business-related research objects in 30 administrative regions of China including 4 municipalities and 26 provincial capital cities in 2018.Next,using the nuclear density analysis and nearest neighbor index analysis in ArcGIS spatial analysis,the spatial distribution characteristics of logistics nodes and logistics enterpris es in the city are obtained.It is considered that the spatial distribution of logistics nodes mainly depends on important transportation hubs,and the express delivery enterprises have ?first-level multi-core? spatial agglomeration phenomenon,non-express transportation companies are dependent on logistics nodes.The convergence trend of express-type logistics enterprises is higher than that of express-type logistics enterprises and logistics nodes.The agglomeration trend of logistics nodes is the lowest in the logistics industry.Secondly,by analyzing the factors affecting the POI density of the logistics industry,the least squares model and the geographical weighting regression model are used to analyze the influence degree of the influencing factors o n the POI distribution density of the logistics industry.By using the least squares model,it is found that population density,total social consumer goods and road length have a positive impact on the distribution density of urban logistics POI.Among the factors,the population density factor has the greatest impact.And there is a significant negative correlation between urban logistics POI distribution density and fixed asset investment.The results of the geographically weighted regression model sho w that the influencing factors all show significant spatial differences.Population density,total social consumer goods,and highway length have a higher degree of influence on the northeastern cities in geospatial space,while the negative correlation be tween fixed asset investment and POI distribution density in the central and western urban logistics industry is lower than that in eastern cities.Finally,the study on the spatial distribution of the logistics industry in the administrative area of Kunming City found that the POI gathering area of the logistics industry in the old city of Kunming is obvious,with the area of Guandu District near Dianchi as the core,decreasing to the periphery.The logistics nodes are mainly concentrated in Guandu Distric t and some areas of Chenggong District;express logistics enterprises mainly gather Wuhua District and Panlong District;non-express logistics enterprises mainly form a high concentration area in Guandu District and form secondary accumulation in Chenggong New District area.The logistics enterprises in Guandu District of the six districts and one city have the largest concentration,and the Anning City has the largest gathering intensity.The logistics concentration of Chenggong District is ranked second,a nd the gathering intensity ranks third.Then,it analyzes the distribution of POI in the logistics industry that affects the administrative region of Kunming City from the influencing factors such as natural conditions,traffic location conditions,governm ent policy guidance,population factors and economic needs.Finally,suggestions and countermeasures for the planning and development of logistics industry in Kunming City are put forward. |
