| Performance evaluation is critical to supply chain management,Through performance evaluation,we can diagnose each node of the supply chain as a whole,find out the problems in the supply chain,provide a basis for the sustainable development of the supply chain,and improve the efficiency of the supply chain.However,the current supply chain performance evaluation is mostly based on the results of the operation,which is a static ex post evaluation.The static evaluation cannot analyze the changes and reasons of the supply chain performance in a certain period of time,and the lack of measurement of the causality and future performance between the indicators.The method of theoretical analysis and system simulation was used to study the performance evaluation of TH agricultural product green supply chain in Henan Province.Based on the balanced scorecard and combined with system dynamics modeling requirements,a performance evaluation index system is established from the five dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,greenness,and learning and development.Use system dynamics tools to perform causal analysis on each dimension to construct a causal circuit diagram between each dimension.Combine the causal relationship between each dimension to analyze the causal relationship and feedback structure between each indicator to draw a causal circuit diagram between the indicators.According to the actual situation of the supply chain and consulting the literature,establish the flow equation between each existing causal relationship index,and build a stock flow chart.The performance evaluation model of TH agricultural product supply chain in Vensim software verifies the validity of the model from three aspects: authenticity test,extreme case test and model suitability test.The model is simulated,and the operation status of the supply chain in the next 60 months is analyzed and evaluated from the dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,greenness and learning and development.According to the simulation results,the overall operation status of the supply chain is good,and the profit of the supply chain continues to rise during the simulation cycle.Through causality analysis,it was found that the decrease in information sharing was caused by blindly expanding publicity in the supply chain,and the low product qualification rate was due to high logistics losses.The strategy of reducing the proportion of propaganda and promotion investment and increasing the proportion of cooling construction investment is proposed and simulated in Vensim to verify its feasibility. |
