Research On The Resource Base Of Enterprise Ecological Innovation

As an act different from traditional innovation,eco-innovation has always been greatly concerned and eagerly studied.Due to the dual external characteristics of eco-innovation and the technology promotion and market-pull effect,there are many literatures on the driving factors of eco-innovation,but the existing literature rarely systematically studies from the perspective of resource-based theory.According to the resource-based theory,the heterogeneity of resources is the fundamental reason for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.As the concept extension of traditional innovation,eco-innovation also needs to have various heterogeneous resources to support its eco-innovation behavior.The fundamental problem of resource-based theoretical research is how to rationally allocate the resources of the enterprise to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage.The existing literature lacks uniform standards for resource classification and resource measurement indicators.At the same time,considering resource redundancy and resource characteristics will play an important role in traditional innovation.From the perspective of resource-based theory,this paper comprehensively considers the impact of types,quantities and characteristics of enterprise resources on eco-innovation.Firstly,through the literature review and exploratory case analysis,the pre-set resource classification,eco-innovation classification and the theoretical framework between the two are obtained.Based on the existing literature,the resource base and eco-innovation measurement indicators are determined,and the theoretical model is further constructed.And propose research hypotheses.By designing and distributing questionnaires,collecting and processing data,the reliability and validity of the questionnaires were tested,and AMOS software was used for analysis to obtain the relationship between the types,quantities,characteristics and eco-innovations of enterprise resources.Research shows that basic resources are the necessary and insufficient conditions for enterprise eco-innovation.Enterprises with basic resources do not necessarily carry out eco-innovation,but enterprises that carry out eco-innovation must have basic resources;human resources and entrepreneurial capabilities are the key to eco-innovation.Resources;information resources can promote the eco-innovation of some enterprises,but the overall effect is not obvious;resource redundancy does not lead to eco-innovation,eco-innovation is not the investment behavior when the enterprise resources are idle,but in the case of limited resources Innovative behaviors pursued in pursuit of competitive advantage;resource characteristics can promote eco-innovation,resource redundancy only has a positive moderating effect on the process of information resources affecting eco-innovation.Resource characteristics only have a positive moderating effect on the process of entrepreneurial ability affecting eco-innovation.The more information resources acquired by enterprises,the easier it is to carry out eco-innovation.The more unique the entrepreneurial ability,the easier it is to carry out eco-innovation.The research proposes a reasonable framework for the classification of enterprise resources,and enriches the research gap of how to allocate resources for eco-innovation from the perspective of resource-based theory.
