| Digital innovation project is the specific realization way and carrier of enterprise innovation driven development in the digital economy era.Under the influence of dynamic and complex digital technology environment,it has high uncertainty.Improving the resilience of digital innovation projects is the fundamental way to deal with the impact of uncertainty,and adopting reasonable project change management strategies based on the resource base of the project implementation organization is an important means to improve the resilience of projects.In this context,this paper comprehensively uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fs QCA),qualitative text analysis,text mining and other research methods to study the resource base configuration of digital innovation project resilience,and then designs a change management strategy aimed at improving project resilience.Based on the resource-based theory and the existing literature,this paper identifies five organizational resources related to the resilience of digital innovation projects,namely,technical resources,market-based assets,customer resources,project experience and policy perception.This paper then takes the digital innovation projects of 66 listed companies as the research object,on the basis of qualitative text analysis and text mining,using the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy sets,discusses the complex impact of the combination of five resource bases of project implementation organizations on the resilience of digital innovation projects.The study identified three resource configurations that can lead to high resilience in digital innovation projects.Based on the results of three high resilience configurations,this paper develops a project change management strategy aimed at improving project resilience.The project change reason evaluation index,project implementation organization resource evaluation index and project better resource combination evaluation index are formulated,which provide the change manager with the basis for selecting change alternatives that can improve the project resilience.By implementing the project change management strategy according to local conditions,the digital innovation project will be driven to produce high resilience,so as to minimize the impact of the external environment.The research contributions of this paper are as follows: First,the introduction of resource-based theory into the study of project resilience further deepens the understanding of researchers on the complex mechanism behind project resilience,broadens the application scope of resource-based theory,and enriches the theory of the formation mechanism of project resilience.Secondly,from the perspective of project resilience,it deepens the relevant theories of digital innovation management at the micro project level,and enriches the research on the combination of organizational resilience and digital innovation.Third,it provides new ideas and methods for measuring project resilience.This paper measures project resilience from two aspects: impact and project change,which further deepens the understanding and empirical measurement of project resilience. |
