Research On The Factors Affecting The Quality Innovation Of Manufacturing Enterprises

The high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises is an important micro-foundation for promoting the high-quality development of China's economy.With the increasing quality competition of globalization and the diversified development of consumer quality requirements,traditional quality management methods represented by total quality management are difficult to adapt to the complex and ever-changing quality environment requirements.Therefore,in the context of the quality era,enterprise quality innovation has become an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of manufacturing.Based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper argues that the connotation of enterprise quality innovation is: to meet the ever-changing quality needs of consumers,the strategy,management,technology,quality,culture and demand and other total factor innovation concepts are introduced into the quality management paradigm.Through the collaborative innovation of all modules and links of the quality system,the extension and expansion of the quality dimension of the product or service,the continuous improvement of the process and the improvement of the enterprise performance are realized.Taking manufacturing enterprises as the research object,the paper refined the seven influencing factors of manufacturing enterprise quality innovation: strategic innovation,management innovation,technology innovation,demand innovation,quality culture,product quality and enterprise performance,determined the connotation and measurement of each influencing factor,then systematically analyzed the correlation between the factors influencing the quality innovation,and put forward 12 research hypotheses,and constructed a conceptual model of the factors influencing the quality innovation.According to the influencing factors of quality innovation and its measurement indicators proposed in the paper,compiled the questionnaire,obtained 463 valid questionnaires from355 enterprises by questionnaire survey.The sample data has broad representation,reliability and validity.On this basis,AMOS24.0 is used for empirical analysis.The empirical analysis shows that the quality innovation structural equation model fits well with the sample data.Among the 12 research hypotheses,8 hypotheses are valid and 4 hypotheses are not valid.Further analysis of the empirical results leads to the following conclusions:A.Among the influencing factors of quality innovation,product quality has the greatest impact on corporate performance,followed by demand innovation,quality culture,technology innovation,management innovation and strategic innovation.Strategic innovation has a significant impact on management innovation and has no significant impact on technological innovation.Quality culture has a significant impact on product quality and has no significant impact on other factors.It shows that the leading and integration of strategic innovation and quality culture to quality innovation needs to be improved.B.Technological innovation is a mediator of strategic innovation and management innovation to play a leading and promoting role in quality innovation.The current technological innovation of manufacturing enterprises has no significant impact on product quality and corporate performance,indicating that the overall technological innovation level of manufacturing enterprises is not high,the role of technological innovation in promoting the quality innovation of enterprises is not obvious,and the lower level of technological innovation hinders the role of strategic innovation and management innovation in the innovation of enterprise quality.C.Demand innovation is an important part of enterprise quality innovation.Demand innovation not only directly affects product quality,but also indirectly affects product quality by influencing technological innovation and management innovation.It shows that the path of enterprise quality innovation is not only top-down and demand innovation at the level of product and service is an important link in the communication of production process and product and service.At the level of important aspects,manufacturing companies should attach great importance to the role of demand innovation in promoting quality innovation.D.The correlation between strategic innovation,demand innovation and quality culture of external potential variables is high,indicating that there is no influential factor for independent function.In the short term,enterprises can give priority to the factors with large path coefficient to promote quality innovation.However,in the long run,enterprise quality innovation requires collaborative innovation of all modules and links of the quality system.The main innovation of this paper is to extract the seven influencing factors ofmanufacturing enterprise quality innovation,and systematically analyze the connotation and related relationship of each influencing factor,construct the conceptual model of enterprise quality innovation,and use the structural equation model to conduct empirical analysis.Due to the limited number of questionnaires,the accuracy of relevant conclusions needs to be improved,and the depth of research needs to be expanded.
