| With the enhancement of people’s environmental awareness and the continuous development of supply chain management theory, the theory and practice of closed-loop supply chain management have received more and more attention from members of the community. And with the development of behavioral operation management, people begin to pay attention to the impact of human factors in the actual production background on the closed-loop supply chain optimization decision, such as the learning effect due to the accumulation of human experience, which provides better support for enterprise decision. This paper selects the relatively fast-developing third-party recycling closed-loop supply chain as the research object, and introduces the human behavior factor-learning effect into the closed-loop supply chain optimization model in the actual production process. From the perspective of centralized decision-making in the supply chain, the paper analyzes the impact of learning effects on closed-loop supply chain optimization decisions, including waste product recycling levels, product prices, product shipment numbers, and production batches. This paper firstly establishes a basic model without considering learning effect in the production process, and then proposes an improved model that considers a multi-stage learning effect in the production process which follows the Wright-type learning curve. And the characteristics of the two models are analyzed, and the corresponding solution ideas and algorithms are given. Finally, the MATLAB software is used to solve the model and sensitivity analysis, and the management significance of related parameters is discussed. The analysis results show that the learning effect in the production process has a positive impact on the average profit of the closed-loop supply chain.Compared with the basic model ignoring the learning effect, the average profit increases by 11.80%.In addition, the higher learning effect can not only increase the average profit level of the closed-loop supply, but also increase the level of recycling of waste products in the closed-loop supply chain. This shows that the existence of the learning effect can not only bring economic advantages to the enterprise, but also have a positive impact on the environment. |
