A Study On Patent Operation Management Of L Bike-Sharing Corporation

Under the background of implementing the “innovation-driven development strategy” in China,the importance of patent operation is prominent.Patent itself is an important part of innovation.The process of exerting its value through effective patent operation management is essentially the importance of innovation-driven development in the patent era.As a solution to the "last mile" of urban transportation,the shared bicycle enterprise with a new business model has both national policy support and market potential.However,sharing bicycle enterprises are innovative companies based on Internet technology.In order to gain and maintain market competitive advantages in the future,enterprises must attach importance to the protection of their intellectual property rights and actively carry out effective patent operation and management.Therefore,how to enhance the ability of sharing bicycle enterprises to operate patents is the focus of this paper.This paper takes L-share bicycle company as the research object,and comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,interview and comparative research to summarize and analyze the problems in the patent operation of L-share bicycle company.It is found that parking management is the core of sharing the patent layout of bicycle enterprises.Compared with the same industry in China,the patent operation management problems of L-share bicycle company mainly exist in four aspects: the overall planning of patent operation management,the organization of patent operation management system,the balanced allocation of patent operation management and the overall control of patent operation management.In this regard,this paper draws lessons from the advanced experience of other industries at home and abroad and the domestic industry in the field of patent operation and management,follows the principle of "promoting the strengths and making up the weaknesses",from improving the basis of patent operation,actively carrying out patent distribution,making a good overall plan,improving patent training and system construction,doing a good job of systematic organization,improving patent excavation at home,carrying out patent value evaluation at abroad,and doing so.It also puts forward specific measures and suggestions in four aspects: balanced allocation;advanced management measures;retrieval and analysis to improve the quality of patent applications;comprehensive control.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for L-share bicycle company to improve the level of patent operation and management.
