With the rapid development of the global knowledge-based economy, the world intellectual property protection system becomeincreasingly perfect. Patent, trademark and other intellectual property-based resources have been recognized as a strategic resource for industrial development. Patent resources are usually considered to be one of the most technical, business value and strategic significance resource. With the rising patent litigation of Apple and Samsung and other operating companies growing, technology companies need to quickly adapt to changing external environment, all factors above contributed to the rapidly development of domestic and foreign patent trading market.Mining potential patent trading opportunities would resolve multiple problems in the current patent transaction effectively. In the study of proposed high-tech industries, potential trading opportunities should analyzed and determined by modular upstream and downstream industriesrelations, all aspects of technology value, and the patentee distribution. Current research in patent transactions have few studies of potential trading opportunities from the perspective of the entire industry. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a potential trading opportunities patent mining methods based on the industry value chain, and empirical research carried out for enhancing the existing patent transaction model is feasible.In this study, from the perspective of industry, through the industry value chain analysis and matching modular value of each module technology bulk of the industry value chain to build technical body; the use of latent semantic analysis, patent evaluation will filter out high-quality patents corresponding to the patentee to match the industry value chain to achieve distribution of the patentee; through the analysis of the different properties of the patentee, from the perspective of the overall industry and research in all aspects of the value chain between the various potential patent patentee trading opportunities, determine license, cross-licensing, patent litigation and other trading strategies, and with the existing patent transactions were analyzed to verify the accuracy of mining potential trading opportunities; Finally, the feasibility of grapheme industry empirical research methods and verification effectiveness.The innovation of this paper is: Firstly, the distributions of patents and patents holders in the perspective of industry value chain are proposed.
