A seese of being Trusted is that the individual perceives the trust of others in their own trust,is the actual psychological reality,is the Premise of behavior arousal.It is necessary to discuss the influence of the trust relationship between the upper and lower levels on the individual behavior in the organization that the lower level can accurately feel the trust of the superior.Therefore,this study will focus on the mechanism of the influence of Trust in the superior and being trusted on work input.Through literature reading and in-depth interviews,This study self-edited the initial version of the a sense of being trusted Questionnaire about Employee from the perspective of behavioral performance.A total of 304 valid data collected by employees in different units,and operated in Perform statistical analysis.Then,the study determined the four dimensions of entrusting responsibility,specific trust,work altruism,and emotional trust behavior with 18 items.Then,using convenient sampling,using a combination of paper version and electronic questionnaire,a total of 459 questionnaires were collected,of which 427 were valid questionnaires,and the effective recovery rate was 93.03%.Analyzing the data on the demographic variables of superior trust and trust,and explore the relationship between employees' trust,trust,organizational commitment and work commitment.Result in the following results:(1)Employees' sense of being trusted is significantly different in terms of academic qualifications and unit nature.Highly educated employees have a high score of being trusted.The employees in Institutional unit and institutions have the lowest score of being trusted.Emotional trust behavior has significant differences in job levels.entrusting responsibility significant differences in the number of years of work.More than one year of employee have a high score of entrusting responsibility;(2)Employees' trust in superiors is significantly different in their academic qualifications,and highly educated employees have high scores for superior cognitive and emotional trust;(3)The organization promises to play a partial intermediary role between superior trust,being trusted and work input;among them,emotional commitment and normative commitment also play a partial intermediary role between superior trust,trust and work input;(4)Compared with the superior trust,the sense of being trusted has a greater impact on the work input,and emotional trust behavior are more affected in the four dimensions of being trusted.This study finally verifies the employee's trust in superiors and the way trust is influenced by organizational commitments,which enriches the theoretical connotation of trust.And based on this,propose management suggestions from the superior level and organizational level.The superiors are aware of the important position of employees' sense of being trusted;then,strengthen the performance of trust behavior.The organization shall strengthen the selection and evaluation system for managers at all levels;provide practical organizational support;and carry out humanistic care activities.
