Empirical Study On Site Selection Of Commercial Banks

In recent years,with the development of the economy,small and medium stock banks have sprung up,and interbank competition has intensified.In the past,many commercial bank outlets location is lack of certain scientific basis,bank outlets construction has certain blindness,resulting in low integrated benefits.How to establish the scientific site selection and evaluation basis is an important content of the bank channel construction,is one of the core work of deciding the integrated benefits of the bank,especially in the financial science and technology development,the rationality of its layout and the accuracy of the function orientation,is the centralized embodiment of a commercial bank's management thought and management strategy.It is a strategic problem how to use the increasingly scarce resources of physical dot scientifically.Commercial banks should fully understand their market orientation and make their future development plans clear.This paper reviews the research viewpoint of domestic and foreign scholars and the relevant theory of the location of the bank's branch site.Based on the analysis of the site location of the branch site of CCB Liyang branch as an example,the factors influencing the site selection are discussed.
